Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our residents. Please use the website to contact us with your questions, comments and suggestions. The manager will respond to your query within 24 hours. Please be familiar with the rules and regulations section. *2012 Budget Approved* - DP Board approved 2012 Budget during meeting on 12/6/11. New Maintenance fee will be $299.00 per unit per month commencing January 1, 2012. Budget and coupons will be mailed shortly.

2010 Audited Financials are available on the web-site, by e-mail (jpicco@taylormgt.com) and at the Management Office located at 1 Lyons Court, Jersey City, New Jersey.

BBQ Grills- Please check out the attached memo regarding the rules for BBQ grills at Droyers Point. For the safety of you and your neighbors please follow the rules. If you see any violations to these rules please report them to management.

Parking - Please remember that all resident owned vehicles must be registered with the management office and all visitor vehicles must have a visitor pass. Click here for the parking rules. Addionally, if you need a vehicle registration form you can get it here.

Illegally parked or unregistered vehicles can and will be towed so please make sure you and your visitors are following the rules.

Pay Your Dues Online!
The easiest way to pay your dues.
1) Go to TaylorMgt.com
2) At the menu on the top of page, select”Online Payment”.
3) Towards the lower portion of the page it will ask you to select your community”socie”.
4) The system will then ask you to select your community; “Society Hill at Droyers Point”
5) If you are a first time user it will ask you to create a login. Input your Street or Account Number, fill out your personal information and click continue.
6) Select setup Auto Pay or make a one-time payment
• $9.95 onetime fee
• $2.00 for recurring payment from your checking account only. For your protection, recurring payments cannot be made with a credit card.
